§ Sir Geoffrey HoweThe tenth round in the second, more detailed phase of the Sino-British talks on Hong Kong's future took place in Peking on 16 and 17 March. It was descirbed by both sides as useful and constructive. The eleventh round will be held on 26 and 27 March, again in Peking.
