§ Mr. Peter MorrisonAn improvement in employment opportunities for young people will be achieved through the general improvement in the economy which the Government's policies are helping to bring about. Young people will be better prepared to grasp these opportunities as a result of the Government's considerable range of special employment and training measures, especially the youth training scheme.
