§ Mr. Moore[pursuant to his reply, 19 March 1984, c. 319]: The estimated total yield of taxes, LA rates and national insurance contributions is £127.5 billion in 1984–85; the yield in 1978–79 revalued at 1984–85 prices using the GDP deflator is £105 billion.
