Mr. Barry Jones

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many people in Wales by county in absolute terms and expressed as a rate per 1,000 of population, are in receipt of (a) mobility allowance, (b) attendance allowance, (c) assistance for payment of telephone rentals and (d) adaptations to their homes.
