§ Mr. RidleyI shall be considering whether any changes are necessary when I have received the views of the civil engineering economic development committee on the report which it commissioned on pre-construction procedures for motorway and trunk road schemes. I would be pleased to hear my hon. Friend's views on this report, and am arranging for him to be sent a copy.
