§ Mr. Allan StewartThere is already wide-ranging assistance for investment and innovation available to Scottish companies which wish to exploit opportunities presented by recent inward investments, such as those announced by National Semiconductor, Shin-Etsu Handotai SCI and Hewlett-Packard. Naturally, I hope Scottish firms will take full advantage of these opportunities.
