asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has any plans to meet the Clyde port authority to discuss the decline in operations and activities on the river Clyde.

My right hon. Friend and I would be prepared to meet representatives of the Clyde port authority if they wished to see us, though ports matters are the immediate responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Transport.
