§ Mr. WaldegraveA full report on the recent incident, prepared by the North West water authority and the Welsh water authority has been received by my Department. Copies have also been submitted to the Water Authorities Association and the Water Companies Association. These associations have been requested jointly to examine the wider implications of the incident. It is too early to know when this more comprehensive review will be completed.
