§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe only representations I have received were made by the deputation from Liverpool city council which I met on 22 February. The hon. Member was present. The councillors undertook to provide me with information to justify the huge rate increase which they said would be necessary for 1984–85. They have not yet done so.
