§ Mrs. FennerIn the preliminary trials conducted to date by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, 11 foxes have been caught in leghold traps. Of this number one fox had been caught twice. None of the foxes caught was injured or dead on recovery.
§ Mr. Corbettasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what experiments or trials his Department has carried out into the efficency and suitability of leghold traps as an alternative to snares; and whether he will now publish the results of any such experiments.
