Whether they have studied Working Paper 39 from the School of Advanced Urban Studies, Bristol University, on the Right to Buy since the Housing Act 1980; and if so what are their conclusions.
§ Lord BellwinMy department is studying the paper, which was published earlier this year. To the extent that it provides new information about the right to buy its conclusions will be taken into account, together with other work, in the formulation of future policy.
