asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will advise the Post Office (a) that letters to the Minister for Health and Social Work in the Scottish Office should be delivered to him at the relevant Ministry in Whitehall, (b) that Dover House is the headquarters of the Scottish Office in Whitehall and (c) that urgent letters addressed to the hon. Member who is Minister for Health and Social Work at Dover House, London, should be delivered and not be marked, "Return to Sender: Not Known".
