§ Mr. WaldegraveThe major recipients of funds from the arts and libraries programme are listed in the 1983–84 Supply Estimates, class X Votes 12 to 22. From June 1983 to date, in addition to the contribution to the Courtauld Institute appeal, grants have been paid from class X Vote 21 subhead B4 to other organisations providing national services or benefits for bodies in the arts and libraries field, as follows:
