Mr. Andrew F.Bennettasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what instructions are issued to Metropolitan police officers concerning the examination and restoration of the property of road accident victims who may be taken to hospital.
§ Mr. HurdI understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that the relevant instructions designed to ensure the safety of the items in question, are given in chapter 18, paragraph 13 of the Metropolitan police instruction book, a copy of which is in the Library of the House.
