asked the Secretary of State for, the Environment if, pursuant to the statement of the Minister for Housing and Construction on 10 November 1983, Official Report, column 422, he will include in any legislation aimed at protecting the private owners of properties purchased from the public sector those in ownership of houses built according to the Truscon r.d.27 Low Rise system; and if he will make a statement.
