asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many Manpower Services Commission places were available for nominees of the National Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders in 1982, 1983 and 1984 in Wolverhampton.

The National Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders provides places in the area served by MSC's Wolverhampton area offices, under both the youth training scheme (and formally the youth opportunities programme) and the community programme. The number of approved places as follows:
