§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, further to the answer to the hon. Member for South Hams (Mr. Steen) on 11 June, Official Report, column 344, if he will indicate the interested outside bodies which he will be consulting on the current working of part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 with particular reference to its effect on small business tenancies.
