§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeHealth authorities must determine the level of funds that they wish to allocate for primary care and other services. A wide range of preventive and health education literature is already available, generally and to staff employed in the primary care field. A considerable amount of information is sent direct to general practitioners. It would not be practical to compile and keep up to date a single volume covering all prevention and health education issues.
