§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo. We have a great deal of sympathy for anyone with continuing prescription needs who does not qualify for automatic exemption but we have no plans to amend the list of specified medical conditions. The existing arrangements ensure no-one need be deprived of necessary medication on financial grounds.
