§ Mr. Norman LamontI have no plans at present to meet South Korean Government representatives specifically to discuss shipbuilding. I shall however continue to take every suitable opportunity, as I did when in Korea, to impress on that Government that in their own industry's 17W interest and that of the industry worldwide they should refrain from exacerbating the imbalance between supply and demand.
