§ Mr. TrippierWe attach continuing importance to reducing the burdens on small firms and also to encouraging those advisory services which offer guidance to the entrepreneur when starting up in business. Certain exemptions from legislative obligations have already been made but we have no plans to introduce general exemption from legislation for small firms.
