§ Mr. Cohenasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will take steps to permit any person in police custody in London who so requests to have access to a camera to photograph police officers who are dealing with them;
(2) if he will introduce legislation to permit any person in police custody who so requests to have access to a camera to photograph police officers who are dealing with them;
(3) if he will take steps to permit members of the public to have access to police stations in London at any time they wish to photograph activity there;
9W(4) if he will introduce legislation to permit members of the public to have access to police stations at any time they wish to photograph activity there.
