asked the Secretary of State for Wales what house completions in the public sector he expects in the next three years.

As I told the hon. Member for Alyn and Deeside (Mr. Jones) on 13 April, no reliable estimates are yet available or house completions in 1984–85 and I certainly cannot speculate what local authorities may decide to do in the following years.
