§ Mr. John PattenAs indicated in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Birmingham, Northfield (Mr.King) on 12 April at column381–82, my right hon. Friend has agreed that the recommendations of the steering group on Health Services Information, including those on records of patient attendance and non-attendance, should be adopted as the basis for future information for management in the NHS.
