Dr. Mark Hughesasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if the Food Labelling (Amendment) Regulations under the Food and Drugs Act 1955 will embrace the latest proposals regarding claims as set out in his Department's letter of 11 April to the Food Manufacturers' Federation.
