§ Mr. RaisonThe 1984 White Paper (The Government's Expenditure Plans 1984–85 — 1986–87, Cmnd. 9143) sets out the amount the Government have decided to plan to provide for the net aid programme up to 1986–87. Despite the pressures on public expenditure we are able to plan increases in cash terms. For the current year this should mean a small increase in real terms.
