§ Mr. YoungerThe information requested for the years 1978–79 to 1984–85 is published in Additional Analysis 1 on page 107 of "Public Expenditure to 1986–87: A228W Commentary on the Scotland Programme", a copy of which was sent to the hon. Gentleman and copies of which are in the Library. Final decisions about the detailed allocation of provision for later years have not yet been taken.
