How they intend to inform the public of the qualifying criteria and method of application for funding of the newly announced scheme "Helping the Community to Care" which will make available £10.5 million over the next three years.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health and Social Security (Lord Glenarthur): Arrangements for funding the various schemes that will form the Helping the Community to Care programme are at present being worked out with the participation of voluntary organisations. Details of the individual schemes will be announced, as they become settled, in the form which seems most appropriate for the specific scheme.
