asked the Secretary of State for Defence how many representations he has received from Leicester city council concerning the passage of Ministry of Defence vehicles, registration numbers 31 AJ 81, 31 AJ 82, 31 AJ 83, 31 AJ 84, and 31 AJ 85 through Leicester on 24 May.
