§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will give for each year since 1979 and for each regional health authority, special health authority and board of governors, the total amount of money written off as bad debts because of private patients not paying their bills:
(2) if he will give for the latest available year the amount of money each district health authority has had to write off as bad debts because of private patients not paying their bills.
