§ Mr. Gareth Wardellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report for each county in Scotland (a) in 1980 and (b) at the latest date for which figures are available (i) the number of children in residential care, (ii) the number of children being fostered, (iii) the cost of residential care per child and (iv) the amount paid to each set of foster parents as a fostering allowance.
