§ Mr. Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the local authorities which replied to the request in the Scottish Development Department circular 26/1983 to notify the Department of remedial action taken to identify asbestos used in council houses.
§ Mr. AncramCircular 26/1983 asked authorities to check whether asbestos products had been used in any part of their housing stock and to notify the Department. Two authorities have responded—Cumnock and Doon Valley disrtrict council and Nithsdale district council.
