§ Sir George YoungOn the basis of the first advance claim form submitted by Lambeth LBC, the council's entitlement to main housing subsidy in 1984–85 is estimated at £40.952 million. On-account payments, which are currently being made to the council on the basis of its claims, are subject to adjustment when a final audited claim for the year is received.
