§ Mr. BrookeI understand that the working groups of the National Advisory Body for local authority higher education (NAB) which are involved in the current review of institutions engaged, or recently engaged, in teacher education intend to report to the NAB board at its meeting on 23 July. The NAB committee should therefore be in a position to consider the board's advice and to make recommendations to my right hon. Friend in the early autumn.
