Member for Liverpool, Riverside (Mr. Parry) on 18 June, at column 58, I deplore the fact that the unions concerned broke off negotiations to call this strike which they have now spread70W to the child benefit centre at Washington. An early resolution would be in the interests of all claimants affected.
