§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish a table showing the amount which his Department has paid in each of the past three years and which is proposed for 1984–85 for Welsh Housing Aid; and what proportion of that organisation's budget has been covered by such grants in each year.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsWelsh Housing Aid has received the following amounts of grant aid under section 13 of the Housing (Homeless Persons) Act 1977:
£ 1980–81 7,000 1981–82 6,230 1982–83 11,900 These grants were based on one third of its annual expenditure at the time of approval. For 1983–84 grant offers of £13,300 have been made. No decision has been reached on funding for 1984–85.
