§ Mr. Parryasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the chief constable of Cheshire police as to how many persons were injured during the disturbances at the Messenger premises in Warrington last November.
§ Mr. HurdThe chief constable tells me that he understands that between 9 November and 1 December inclusive 22 people informed hospital authorities that then-injuries had been incurred in the disturbances outside the premises. Sixty six police officers were injured there during the same period.
