§ Mrs. FennerAn inter-departmental committee has reviewed all aspects of land drainage administration and financing, including the involvement of internal drainage boards and water authorities. We are considering the committee's report, along with our colleagues, and a consultation document will be prepared and issued later in the year. In the meantime we have no plans to introduce any legislation to alter the relationship between internal drainage boards and water authorities.
