§ Mr. RifkindAs my right hon. and learned Friend said in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Tatton (Mr. Hamilton) he expects to attend the next Foreign Affairs Council meeting on 20 and 21 February.
The agenda has not yet been finalised, but I expect among the items for discussion, Spanish accession to the Community, Greenland's wish to withdraw from full membership, the Community's relations with the European Free Trade Association and preparation of the Community position for the European Community-Israel Co-operation Council.
