§ Mr. GummerThe Health and Safety Commission published a consultative document in July 1983 which contained proposals for revised arrangements for reporting accidents, ill-health and dangerous occurrences at work. I understand that the commission will be given further consideration shortly to these proposals in the light of the many comments made on the consultative document by interested organisations and individuals. The Health and Safety Executive is also considering improvements in compiling the statistics.
