§ Mr. LuceNo. We support this objective, but most member states of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation are parties to the treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and pursue their non-proliferation policies through other more appropriate forums, such as the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna.
