§ Mr. WhitneyArrangements for school visits and exchanges overseas are essentially matters for local rather than central authorities and often reflect and meet the needs of both participants. We are not aware of any such exchanges with Grenada but I will see that the suggestion is brought to the attention of those who participate in exchange schemes.
