§ Mr. Alan ClarkAs I said in my reply to my hon. Friend the member for Meriden (Mr. Mills) on 17 November—[Vol. 48, c.552]—we are extending the scheme until March 1985 to provide grants for a further 35,000 people under broadly the same eligibility rules as at present.
