§ Mr. Peter MorrisonI refer my hon. Friend to my reply to my hon. Friend, the Member for Lincoln (Mr. Carlisle) earlier today.
The additional resources which, subject to Parliamentary approval, are being allocated to the community programme, will enable new projects to start in Norfolk, North-West and the national target of 130,000 filled places to be achieved by the spring.
