§ 25. Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will provide money to Lothian health board, so that it can provide the personnel to run the recently completed day health centre at Whitburn, West Lothian.
§ Mr. John MacKayLothian health board must finance all their projects out of the total budget given to them. It is not our policy to finance separately the running costs of individual projects.
