§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will take steps to alter the employee population estimates of the Caernarfon travel-to-work area and the Holyhead travel-to-work area, respectively, to reflect the population indicated by the 1981 census.
§ Mr. Alan ClarkTravel-to-work areas are currently being reviewed and will be redefined on the basis of commuting patterns recorded in the 1981 census of population. Employee estimates will be provided for the new areas using data from the 1981 census of employment.
