§ Mr. ScottThe following table shows the amount of compensation paid under the Criminal Injuries (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 and earlier legislation to service men who were discharged from the armed forces as a result of terrorist injuries suffered while serving in Northern Ireland. Payments to members of the Ulster Defence Regiment, and pensions and gratuities paid by the Ministry of Defence or the Department of Health and Social Security are not included.
