§ Dr. BoysonThe sub-group of the inquiry into provision for retirement looking at portable pensions has received well over 1,500 pieces of evidence; it has also held three public sessions, and will be holding one more, at which a total of 14 bodies will have given oral evidence. My right hon. Friend has said that he hopes to reach conclusions on this aspect of the inquiry's work by the spring, and the Government will publish any proposals.
