asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs who specifies the criteria for immigration into the Falkland Islands; and for how long the present criteria have existed.

Immigration is a matter for the Falkland Islands Government under the Falkland Islands Immigration Ordinance 1965.
