§ Miss Fookesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek to amend the Agricultural Rent Act 1976 so as to omit the requirement of the provision of a mobile home on a farmer's land whilst a property being used to house an ex-farm employee is being vacated.
§ Sir George YoungThere is no requirement of this kind in the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976. If my hon. Friend has a particular case in mind and would like to write to me about it, I shall look into it.
